Specific Term and Conditions | 1) In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the following literature(s) designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested. Simpson, Ian, Thomas Pratt, John Mason and David J Price (2009) Normal ventral telencephalic expression of Pax6 is required for normal development of thalamocortical axons in embryonic mice. Neural Development 4:19. 2) In publishing the research results to be obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, an acknowledgment to the DEPOSITOR is requested. 3) The RECIPIENT shall permit the DEPOSITOR to use the Results for research and education purposes only. 4) The RECIPIENT shall not make commercial use of any Results unless such commercial use is specifically permitted by the DEPOSITOR and governed by a further written agreement with the DEPOSITOR under which the DEPOSITOR shall be entitled to an equitable share of any revenue received by the RECIPIENT from such commercial use. 5) The RECIPIENT agrees to promptly notify the DEPOSITOR of any inventions made by the RECIPIENT in the performance of the Project. 6) The Material and any confidential information related to the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE shall not be used for any commercial purpose or any commercially sponsored research whatsoever (whether such use is granted free of charge or not). 7) At least sixty (60) days prior to any public presentation or publication related to the purpose set out in clause 2(a), the RECIPIENT shall supply the DEPOSITOR with a copy of any such disclosure for review. 8) The DEPOSITOR shall have sixty (60) days from receipt of such manuscript to notify the RECIPIENT of any confidential information which is to be deleted, prior to publication. |
