Strain developmentDeveloped by Hiroaki Honda, Research Institute for Radiation Biology and Medicine, Hiroshima University. E14 ES cells (129P2/OlaHsd) were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6N mice.
Strain descriptionA20 (Tnfaip3) gene floxed mice. Exon 3 of A20 gene was flanked by loxP sites. Conditional A20 deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice.
