Strain description | Nrd1, nardilysin, N-arginine dibasic convertase, NRD convertase 1 knockout mice (Nrd1 (lacZ)). Homozygous mutant mice mostly die within 48 hours after birth. Surviving mice show small brain and thin cerebral cortex, cortical thinning, hypomyelination, reduced grip strength, impaired coordination and impaired spatial working memory. |
