Strain description | HAtag-attached mTFP1 fluorescent protein is expressed after FLP-recombination. The transgene construct is knocked into Rosa26-locus. To achieve high-level transgene expression, HA-mTFP1 is expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence is inserted into 3’UTR region. |
