Strain developmentDeveloped by Dr. Takao Shimizu, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo in 2005. A lacZ-neo was inserted into exon 2 of the Ltb4r1 gene (Expression of lacZ was not detected). The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6.
