Strain developmentDeveloped by Takashi Nagasawa, Research Institute, Osaka Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health. E14.1 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 6 times, and then maintained by sibling mating.
