Strain developmentDeveloped by Takeshi Yagi, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University. TT2 ES cells were used. The gHS4-5 dNeo mice were generated by crossing with gHS4-5 (RBRC02811) and FLP mice.
Strain descriptionPcdhg gene floxed mice. The gHS4-5 genomic region of the Pcdhg gene was flanked by loxP sites. Frt-neo cassette type (RBRC02811 and RBRC03155), delta neo cassette type (RBRC03153).
