Strain developmentDeveloped by Takeshi Yagi, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2008. TT2 ES cells were used. The Pcdhg-DgHS4-5 allele was generated by crossing with Pcdhg-gHS4-5 mice (RBRC02811) and Sypc-cre mice.
Strain descriptionPcdhg knockout mice. The gHS4-5 genomic region of the Pcdhg gene was deleted.
