Species | Mus musculus |
Strain name | B6.Cg-Nr1i2<tm1(NR1I2)> |
Former Common name | |
H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | TT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Jun Kanno, National Institute of Health Sciences in 2006. TT2 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6. Cre- recombined allele (RBRC02367) type mice were generated from Targeted allele type (RBRC02368) mice by crossing with CAG-Cre mice to removed a floxed neo cassette. |
Strain description | hSXRki mice in which the ligand binding domain (LBD) of human SXR was knocked-into the mouse SXR gene. These umanized mouse model is a useful tool for monitoring the systemic response induced by human-selective SXR ligans. Cre- recombined allele (RBRC02367), Targeted allele type (RBRC02368). |
