Strain description | This transgenic mouse expresses RFP under the control of Blimp1 promoter. Expression intensity display high in line 1 (RBRC01830), weak in line 2 (RBRC01831), line 3 (RBRC01832) and line 4 (RBRC01833) (expression of line 4 is higher than line 2 and 3). Tg Homozygous mice of line 1 are embryonic lethal. |
