The DEPOSITOR should be a co-author in articles when the RECIPIENTs publish their data using these mice for 2 year after provided to the RIKEN BRC.
The RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR in the case of application for any patents or commercial use based on the results from the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE.
Transfer of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE to the third party from the RECIPIENT will never be done without a prior permission of the DEPOSITOR.
