Strain descriptionEmx1-Cre transgenitc mice, containing a transcriptional unit of a dorsal telencephalon specific promoter (Emx1 promoter) and Cre recombinase gene. Line 1 (RBRC01342), Line 2 (RBRC01343) and Line 3 (RBRC01344). The most suitable cre driver strain is Emx1-cre delta neo knock-in mice (RBRC01345) (no ectopic cre expression is detected).
