Strain descriptionB6;129S3-Meis1<tm1Ngc>. Meis1 deficient mice exhibit abnormal retina, vasculature, hematopoietic system defects. Homozygous mutant mice die by embryonic day 14.5.
Colony maintenanceLitter size is a little small. Embryonic lethality (Homozygous). Genotyping by PCR.
