As a public resource, our RIKEN ENU-based gene-driven mutagenesis system (RGDMS) has been used to obtain mutant mice carrying point mutation(s) in the target gene since 2002. This resource is constructed by the dual archives of cryopreserved sperm and their genomic DNA of ~10,000 G1 mice. By exome sequencing, we have identified numerous ENU mutations from the G1 genomic DNA archive. All the mutations in G1 are heterozygous. After finding an ENU mutation into your interesting gene, you can request the ENU mutant mouse, which has the ENU mutation, to RIKEN BRC.
